Authentic Solapuri Shenga Chutney made from premium peanuts, delivering a rich, spicy, and traditional taste in every bite.
Solapuri Shenga Chutney (Peanut Chutney) recipe
Ingredients
1 cup roasted peanuts (shengdana)
6–8 garlic cloves
4–5 dried red chilies (adjust spice as needed)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp dry coconut (optional but adds taste)
Salt to taste
Preparation Steps
Roast (if needed):
Dry roast peanuts and remove the skin. Also lightly roast garlic, red chilies, cumin, and dry coconut.
Grind:
Add all ingredients into a mixer grinder.
Blend:
Grind into a coarse or fine powder (as you prefer).
Adjust Taste:
Add salt and mix well.
