Because our products are food items and perishable in nature, we have a specific return policy outlined below to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for food items once they have been delivered, except under the following specific circumstances:
The product received is damaged or leaked during transit.
The product package is torn or tampered with before delivery.
You received the wrong item or incorrect quantity.
2. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect package, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
To successfully report an issue:
Take clear photos or a short video of the damaged packaging, leakage, or incorrect item.
Send the images/videos along with your Order ID to our support team via email or WhatsApp.
Please note: We cannot accept return or replacement requests for issues reported after 48 hours of delivery.
3. Replacements vs. Refunds
Upon verifying your claim, we will offer you one of the following options:
Free Replacement: We will ship a fresh bottle/packet of your ordered chatani at no extra cost to you.
Refund: If you prefer a refund over a replacement, we will approve it and process it within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
4. Non-Returnable Scenarios
We cannot accept returns, replacements, or refunds in the following cases:
Wrong delivery address provided by the customer.
Failed delivery attempts by the courier partner due to the customer being unavailable.
“Change of mind” after the product has been shipped or delivered.
Opened, partially consumed, or improperly stored products after delivery.
